Submission Instructions

We request that the full paper is due not later than Monday, 25th September 2017 (12 pm GMT) in order to commence the double-peer review process required for publishing in the proceedings. As the conference adopts a double-blind reviewing process, authors must ensure that any information that links authors or co-authors, e.g. affiliations, contact details, e-mails, are removed from the abstract for the EasyChair submission. All final papers must be formatted in IEEE double column, single space format, A4 page.

The full, short or demo papers must be formatted in IEEE double column, single space format, A4 page. The word style or the latex template can be downloaded from the IEEE website. Two types of format are acceptable: full paper (8 pages) or short and demo papers (4 pages). This size is referred to as the camera-ready paper and includes figures, tables and formulas.

The publisher of the proceedings as per previous VSMM conferences is IEEE.  The papers which are submitted to VSMM 2017 and are accepted by the international academic committee will be double peer-reviewed and published into a proceedings document and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. The papers will be indexed according to their process.  Only those papers presented at VSMM 2017 will be published in the conference proceedings.
