Visas

Everyone entering Ireland must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a passport or national identity card. Visas are required for some countries. Delegates should check with their local Irish representation.

The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform has primary responsibility for Ireland’s immigration and visa policy. For more information on visa requirements for the Republic of Ireland please see their website here. For information on visa requirements for the United Kingdom please see their website here.

Please note this process can take several weeks.

Invitation letters from the orgainisers will be provided on request.

Important: There are two separate immigration regimes on the Island of Ireland if you are a visa required national, you will need two separate visas, with the exception of those who have access to the British Irish Visa Scheme, details here. If you have any doubt or questions regarding the above please submit an email to the organisers indicating your citizenship and country of residence.
